Shipping & Refunds

SHIPPING 

• Pick up your order at our practice in Johns Creek at your convenience or have your order shipped directly to you. We charge a flat $5 shipping fee and we ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS. 
• WE DO NOT SHIP THE FOLLOWING PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS: Latisse, Altreno, Renova, UPNEEQ, HQ 4%, HQ 6%, and HQ 4% + tretinoin
• Products requiring a prescription may only be picked up from Dermatology Center of Atlanta. 

RETURN POLICY

• If you are not completely satisfied with a product we are happy to exchange it for a new item or credit your account WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. 
• All cancellations and/or refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
