20% Off Customer Appreciation Anniversary Sale: Terms & Conditions

Customer Appreciation Night Gift Certificates are purchased for 20% less than their face value and can be used towards products and cosmetic procedures at DCA throughout the following year.

  • 2024 Gift Certificates are eligible to use beginning Monday, October 21, 2024.
  • The 20% discount expires after approximately one year, however they will always retain their purchase price value. The 2023 discount will expire on October 3, 2025.

  • CAN Gift Certificates are non-refundable
  • CAN Gift Certificates are NOT transferable
  • CAN Gift certificates cannot be shared between immediate family members
  • You may not use anyone else's CAN Gift Certificate towards your products or procedures

There are TWO (2) types of CAN Gift Certificate available to purchase. Patients may purchase a maximum of ONE (1) of each type. The maximum value for each certificate is $1500. Any purchases made online that exceed the maximum allowed will be immediately refunded and subject to processing fees.

TYPE 1: COSMETIC INJECTABLES CERTIFICATE

TYPE 2: ASC PROCEDURES & PRODUCTS CERTIFICATE
(Maximum value $1500)

  • Laser Hair Removal (excluding packages)
  • Chemical Peels (excluding packages)
  • CoolSculpting Treatments and Packages
  • CoolTone Treatments and Packages
  • Hydrafacial Treatments (excluding packages)
  • Microneedling Treatments (excluding packages)
  • Vivace Treatments (Excluding packages)
  • SkinCare Products

*PLEASE NOTE*

These certificates are NOT INTER-CHANGEABLE:
  • You may NOT use an ASC Services Gift Certificate for injectables
  • You may NOT use an Cosmetic Injectables Gift Certificate for ASC services

No more than $1500 of each type of Gift Certificate funds (in other words, $3000 max. total if both types of Certificate were purchased) may be applied to and redeemed by any individual patient account.

CAN Gift Certificates CANNOT be used for the following:

  • DCA special offers
  • Service packages (except CoolSculpting and Cooltone)
  • Consultation fees
  • Service Deposits
  • Ear piercing and earlobe repair
  • Laser hair removal touch-ups
  • Cosmetic lesion removals
  • When other exclusions apply

20% Off Advanced SkinCare Products Sale

All skincare products available in our Advanced SkinCare Center will be 20% off beginning October 7th and ending October 16th. This sale cannot be combined with any other DCA offers or discounts. There is no maximum purchase limit. 

Skincare products may be purchased in our online store, over the phone, and in person.

PICK UP: Products purchased over the phone or through our online store will not be available for pick-up until Monday, October 21st. If your purchased was through our online store, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. 

SHIPPING: If you would like your products to be shipped to you, we will begin shipping Customer Appreciation skincare orders the week of October 21, 2024. 

REFUNDS: Products purchased during Customer Appreciation Sale are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are not completely satisfied with a product we are happy to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value OR credit your account the amount you paid WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
